Monica Agrawal, PhD, is a Duke AI Health Faculty Affiliate. With a joint appointment through the Duke University School of Medicine’s Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics and the Duke Department of Computer Science, her work centers on AI applications that facilitate clinical decision support and improve accessibility for patients.
Before joining Duke, Dr. Agrawal worked at Flatiron. She completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science at Stanford and received a doctorate in computer science from MIT.
