Jessica is a results-oriented operations and project professional supporting high-impact initiatives in AI, health innovation, and clinical research. Since joining Duke CTSI in 2021, she has orchestrated major events, including the inaugural and 2nd Annual Duke Summit on AI for Health Innovation, proposal studios, research showcases, and weekly Informatics Research Seminars with multi-university participation.

She also manages strategic content and reporting workflows, including budgets, newsletters, website and social media content, and reporting for the CTSA Bioinformatics & Data Science pillar, strengthening program visibility and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.

Jessica holds a BS in Elementary Education from Eastern Kentucky University and has a diverse background spanning financial services, early childhood education, executive-level administration, and clinical research. Known for her reliability, initiative, and collaborative approach, she brings a dynamic and results-focused perspective to every project she supports.
